Pintrest code appears in header.

  I am facing problem with pintrest code.I made new site juicerhunter.When i add pintrest code in header and footer plugin,on updation it appears at top of header.
  How to add code in header and footer section.Either it will add without tags or with tags like html,title,head,body etc?
