Pique double click menu item

This question was asked in 2016 and apparently it had been resolved, but I see on my website:
When using the Pique theme, the primary menus that have sub-items require double-clicking to access the linked page. Inspecting the codes, these menu items present 2 ‘click’ Event Listeners called ‘a’, the first related to front-page.js and the second to navigation.js. I imagine the latter is leading to the double-clicking issue. How is it possible to correct this problem?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can’t duplicate the problem while randomly testing with current mac versions of FF, Brave, or Chrome, or macOS (10.15.4) Safari.
Every menu sub-item I try seems to execute in one click, including the third level links like:
