Pique theme – display panels don't work on some smartphones

  Hi. I just got alerted by my friend on a Docomo smartphone (Arrows) and showed me that all my panels break off into 2 portions: first the featured photo (and just a portion of it) followed by the text. They don’t overlay! Suffice it to say that it is terrible. Why is that and can anyone help as to how to correct it? The theme works perfectly on Apple devices and some Androids. Thank you.   Do you know which browser was being used on the phone when they saw the problem?
