Pique theme header
-
Hi,
I need to add some text in the home page for SEO purposes. But every time I try to add text to the home page, it appears in the header panel area in a very large font.
Is there a way to separate the Home Page panel content from the Header? It seems that both are the same for some reason. I want the header area to be just an image with the Menu and the logo and not affected by any text I add to the Home page. Is that possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

theblakesheep – traveldog.co is hosted by WordPress.com, with the Business plan.
asktraveldog – did you get this sorted out by adding your text to the About Us panel instead? Let me know if there’s something you’d still like to tweak and I’d be glad to help.

So I assume this means that there is no way to add text to the Home page without adding it to the header, correct?
Thanks -
Right – the content of the page you select as your Static Front Page is displayed over the first panel. But you could create another panel to display between that top panel and the About Us panel if you like, and add your content there. Would that work?
