Pirate Site
-
Hi,
I’m busy preparing to re-publish my book and discovered that a site is pirating the old version of my book along with quite a few other books.
It’s hosted by WordPress, and I will be glad to see it taken down ASAP.
The address is: http://yours-ebook.com/
Regards,
Misha Gericke

There is a “report this site” feature that you can use to report sites.
If you hover over the My Site link in the upper left corner of the blog that is infringing your copyright, you’ll have a menu with a link at the bottom to report the site.
Here’s more info about WordPress.com’s policy on the subject:

The site in question is NOT hosted on WordPress.COM, so the above advice is useless – bit more complex – see below

Oops, I think I misunderstood your post. yours-ebook.com isn’t a WordPress.com site, so you’ll need to contact the company who is hosting it.
This link should be of some help: https://en.support.wordpress.com/content-theft-what-to-do/

It’s using WordPress.org, which is different from WordPress.com.
