Pirating blog dangers

    I had my facebook page pirated recently, and one of my email accounts. In both cases the intruder changed the password. It would only be a couple additional steps to be able to grab my wordpress blog. I changed the password to my blog, but what if the pirate had already entered? If I stay signed in – would they be able to reenter? I am currently signing out after every nervous visit.

    Signing out every time is the best way. Make your password strong, change it monthly, and DO NOT enable Post by Email. Your WP.com blog is only as strong as your email password, because that’s where WP sends your password when you request a new one.
