Hi.
You are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.comWordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.

Please help me. I am so confused. I think my blog is hosted by WordPress.com. My details seem to be on that site but I don’t know how I would find out if I was or wasn’t. I can’t see my blog page because the Piwik page is blocking it. I just don’t know what to do. Everyone I approach says I am in the wrong place. I have no idea where to go to sort this out. I just want to be organising my blog page and can’t because I can’t sort this problem out.

Read my first response https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/piwik-installation?replies=5#post-2618306 and ask in the WordPress.org forums.
Cheers.
