It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.

The pixel.wp.com URL is part of WordPress.com stats and is loading as part of our Jetpack plugin. However, it should not be preventing your site from loading unless there’s a conflict with other JavaScript running on your site or with a browser extension.
When I visit your site I’m not seeing an error and the site appears to load, could you provide us with more details on what you’re seeing?
