Pixilated videos with new dashboard?

  When I upload a video (at even higher quality than before the new dashboard), it comes out pixilated and bad quality. Don’t know if there is a new “process” it goes through or if I now need to do something different? The older videos still play and look better, and they were rendered at a lower quality.

  Any thoughts?
