Place contact form within category

    For a site I would like to create a sort of FAQ page. With a contact form at the beginning and the modified answers beneath the contact form, as posts. I was thinking the best way would be to place a contact form within a category. Or place posts within a page.

    But I can’t seem to get either one working. Does anyone have another option to this working the way I would like?
