Place my image in the browser

  I needing some help. In the past I was able to place my image so it would appear in the browser, so another words my photo would appear in the browser vs the W, I looked in the forum section how to add this so that it add a bit more style to my blog page, it be my face that would be in the browser vs stand alone or bland.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
