  how can I place a picture at the place I want it

  When I insert a picture on a page I can only choose left right middle or no choice. I would like to drag the picture(s) if I want them in another order. or next to text.
  So inserting on a page is no problem.

  No, I am talking about the place of a picture or more pictures on a page. Can I drag them to the place I would like. e.g. if I have text and I want to insert there a picture can I drag it to the place I want?
  In other words is it possible to drag pictures?

  Hi, dragging picture is not possible, which is more a HTML limitation than a WordPress limitation (same for ePub and all other formats derived from HTML…).
