Placing specific posts in specific tabs

    Hey there

    I am wanting to put specific posts under specific tabs in my header menu. I don’t want all posts to be posted on the home tab as well but i cannot figure out how to do this! Is it something to do with pages? Please help as I am new to WordPress – it is hard!
