benafflekbatman.net is listed as a wordpress blog and has stolen a piece of my writing from one of my blogs. I would like to get him/her to take it down, but cannot seem to contact the writer. Help.

http://www.benafflekbatman.net/ is not hosted by WordPress.com and there there is no domain mapping upgrade for benafflekbatman.net. here. I can’t even get the link to open.I did a check and found that URL is available for purchase. And, http://benafflekbatman.wordpress.com doesn’t exist.

In the top left nav bar on the benafflebatman site, you should see the name of the site. Click on that and a drop-down menu will open. Scroll down to Report This Content, and click to open. A contact form will open and you can report the plagiarism. Include as much information as you can, in addition to a link to your post where the content was originally published, and a link to the post that includes the content you are claiming is yours. WordPress takes stolen content very seriously, but you need to be patient while staff investigates. Good luck.

WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
