  I have a poem that was plagiarized by Shane Linville, the original poem, The Bells of Civilizations Ring was published on 8/13/14 and the Daily Poem at Hellopoetry.com on 8/19. He renamed it The Diseases on 9/1 and published it as his own. What would you do?

  You file a DMCA takedown notice with the web host that hosts the site where your plagiarized material has been published. See here please

  Timethief, thank you so much for your response and I will do as you suggest. He actually used the title World of Diseases. Very sad.
