  Hi, someone has copied and pasted my work and somehow changed the date to make it look like they posted them first. She’s now commenting on my work saying I’m plagiarizing her site. The account is clearly fake. How do I get wordpress to take the fake site down? Thank you.

  If you believe another site is using your content without permission you can file a DMCA takedown request, as explained here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/copyright-infringement-what-to-do/

  That is the only way to have content removed from a site in this case.
