Plain text editor not working

  When I click on the Paste as text button I get the following message “paste.plaintext_mode_sticky” and the window does not appear. The paste Word button works fine.

  Any help will be appreciated.

  With dashboard problems, the first thing to try is to log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then try again.

  We already tried that and we are still unable to get the editor to work. Do you know whether other people are having the same problem?
