Plain-text formatters (Texi etc)

  I wonder if there are any plans to support additional text input formatters (such as Texi, Textile etc)? It would be very helpful, as the WYSIWYG editor has many issues and, actually, a lot of people don’t use it.

  Texi is great, very simple and has a WordPress plugin (http://texy.info/cs/download)

  Best bet would be to submit a feedback from your dashboard and make this suggestion. Staff has mentioned in the past that they keep track of these kinds of requests.
