Your payment is still being processed by Netbanking, so we haven’t received the payment yet. Once the payment completes, your upgrades will be added to your account.
Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.
Give it a few days and get back in touch if you’re still not seeing that upgrade.

Our payments team refunded your payment in full (1627.12 INR) earlier today. You should see that back in your account in a week or so.
If you want to try and make a new purchase, the payment option you used previously will not be available because of this problem.
