  @rjbeaty I don’t see upgrades on this account. Do you use another email address? If so, can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received the upgrade receipt? Your upgrade will be there.

  This is the most aggravating thing I’ve seen.
  Keeps telling me when I try to do something upgrade to premium, I have premium.
  I would like a complete refund please.
