  I have been tasked with the job of upgrading our website. I am not sure which plan we have. I think it is the free one. I also see that we have two domain names paid for but don’t know why we would have that. I am admin on the site but I don’t seem to be able to change contact names or emails. Can you help?

  Hi there,

  I can see that the site angels-abreast.ca uses our domain connection upgrade to link your site (hosted here) with a domain name registered with an outside company.

  Unfortunately, you cannot manage this upgrade as it is under the account of another admin. Can you ask that the admin @angelsabreast contact us directly so we can assist in transferring ownership of the site and related upgrades to your account to control?
