    I had my domain and business plan renew in January but it’s showing I’m on a free plan.
    I can’t see to figure out how to resolve this

    Hey there @zenkitchdesign , it looks like your payments were disputed. You covered the chargeback fee, but that did not restore the plan. Can you go ahead and purchase the plan again? Also, if you’re using a business card, please be sure to check in with the accounting folks to let them know the charges are valid.

    Once you’ve re-added the plan, if you need to restore from a backup, please let us know.
