  I paid for a plan when I launched my site but my dashboard says I’m on the free plan. The dashboard shows a WordPress domain, but if I use my own domain on a different device, my site appears? So what did I pay for??

  Hi there, @6monthbikinichallenge!

  I see you have deleted the site clairesewellcom.wordpress.com.

  What you can do here is start a new site at https://wordpress.com/start

  From there, you will be prompted to select the domain you wish to use on your site. You can use a domain you own elsewhere, if you would like.

  After selecting your domain, you will be asked to select a plan for your site. We have a few plans available. Generally, I recommend the Premium plan as this plan unlocks a ton of customization options and live chat support is a feature of this plan.

  Keep in mind, you will want a paid WordPress.com plan so that you can replace the .wordpress.com site address with your own custom domain.
