  I would like to cancel my e-commerce plan and get a free plan for WordPress. I also need to connect my domain, MobileNotaryNation.com, to wordpress.

  You can downgrade your plan. However if you want to use your custom domain, you need a plan and at least the Personal Plan.

  You have to wait untill a Staff member is available to downgrade your plan.
