    I was on the premium plan and I upgraded to the business plan shortly after going on the premium plan. I later cancel the business plan upgrade. I should go back to my premium plan but I found out that I was put back on the free plan. What about the premium plan which I already paid for?

  • Did you check how much you have been refunded? It usually takes a few days for the refund to appear in credit card account.

    When you cancel a plan, you will be refunded the price you paid for the cancelled plan and your account will be downgraded to free plan.

    Check how much you have been refunded and then purchase the Premium plan again.
