  Please I want to upgrade my wordpress website but was I see there is more than my imagination. In the sense… It asking for one year or two years subscription

  Now my question is that… Cnt one upgrade using every month length and not yearly length payment.because am just a new blogger.

  At the moment, you cannot make monthly payments for the upgraded plans. I understand that you might not want to invest in making annual payments right now since you are a new blogger.
  I suggest you just give it a shot if you really want to enjoy the upgraded experience.
