  so if i upgrade my plan i wont be charged till the end of the year

  Hi there,

  There are yearly charges to maintain upgrades, but I believe you will be charged for the upgrade you purchase at the time of the purchase. Essentially, if you upgrade today, you will pay today and be paid through this year into next.

  So for example, if I bought my domain, “thepamperedflock.com” today, I would be charged today, and then again on this day next year if I wanted to keep this domain for the next year as well.

  You literally “pay it forward” for the year. =)

  Thanks for the reply makes sense just when I was reading through the terms it said you pay on the month before your subscription runs out so thought I’d check appreciate your reply

  I need to make a correction to my prior statement (so other people who find this thread won’t be confused)

  You’re absolutely right; per this help document, you do pay the month before the subscription runs out; to correct myself from earlier, if I buy a domain today, I will be charged both today and then again on February 22nd to renew so the Happiness Engineers have time to correct any issues that pop up.
