  Hi, I will be making a site for a non profit organization, I have my template that I would like to download, in my current plan is not possible, which plan do I need, the cheepest please it is for non profit organization so the cost have to be really low

  Have you tried searching for the plans, there are quite a few that you do not have to pay for?

  With a free WordPress.com site you can choose to activate any of the free or Premium themes found at: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Other themes you find on the Interweb are designed for sites hosted elsewhere that use the WordPress.org software. They can however be used here at WordPress.com if you upgrade to the Business plan.
