    Hi there!

    Deciding which plan you need depends on what features you need.

    If you need plugins and theme installation capabilities, Business is the plan for you.

    If you don’t need that but want access to all Premium themes and CSS, the the Premium plan is what you’d want.

    If you don’t need those two features and just want to have a free domain for a year and show no WordPress.com ads, then you can use the Personal plan.
