Hi there,
The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, so we have never charged this account for anything.
The only way we can charge you is if you went to My Site ->Plans and added a plan to your site, then went to checkout and provided your credit card details, and completed the process by clicking the Pay Now button. After doing that, you’d have received an email with a receipt, and you would receive renewal reminders before, and a receipt after, any future renewal payments for the same upgrade.
