  Hi there,

  I take it you are speaking of the user, kjv3? The owner of a site cannot be removed, and we cannot transfer upgrades to another user on a site without the owner’s permission. In the case of the custom domain, santaclarabroncosblog.com, we literally cannot transfer it to another account. Only the owner of a domain has that ability.

  So you will need to contact that user and ask them to transfer first the domain, and then the site, to the user who should be the owner now.
