Plan and Domain Issues

I have paid for a premium plan and bought a domain but its not reflecting in my account. Maybe there has been a transaction issue. But when I try to get help it tells me only a human can resolve a transaction issue but it refuses to connect me to a human as I’m not on a paid plan currently. But I am trying to get help because I have paid for a paid plan. I am stuck in this loop.

The domain I bought is abhijitblack.com and I have an email from WordPress saying my domain is ready and its set as my primary domain. When I try to map this domain its asking me to pay for a plan but I already did that when I bought the domain.
