Plan and Plug-ins for creating directory website?

    Hi. I’m a complete novice but looking to create a bed and breakfast directory site created BY b&b owners FOR b&b owners. I need to know which plan is best for me. I already have my domain name but other than that I’m a little baffled by whether WordPress.com or .org is the way I need to go or whether wordpress has ‘standard’ plugins of its own for directory sites. I have some experience of creating sites using the likes of Wix, but none as yet in directory site construction. Very grateful for any and all initial help as I’d very much like to get moving on this soon.
