Plan / billing issue

  I had a paid upgrade (#1: Personal $5), then upgraded again (#2: Premium $8), and cancelled upgrade #2. It lost upgrade #1 and put me back on the free plan with ads. I would like to get my old upgrade #1 back, please, which was paid for another 10 months or so.
