    hello, about a month ago I purchased a WordPress basic, which wasn’t the right package for me to develop my website, and I no longer need it. Please advise if I have the option to cancel and get a refund.

    I checked your domain and found that it was never registered or hosted by us at WordPress.com. You also don’t have any paid subscriptions on this WordPress.com account.

    The domain was registered with GoDaddy, and it’s currently pointed to Bluehost, a different hosting service provider.

    That probably means you paid Bluehost to host your site, not us. If you’d like to cancel and get a refund, please contact Bluehost support.
