Hi team,
In case I want to buy premium plan to get additional storage capacity, it’s said that I’ll be charged one month before the end of the subscription period. What if I cancel it in the mid of the period, and I’ve used the storage for 5 or 6 GB? Will the data lost, and will I still be charged for the period I’ve used, calculated on total month of used, prorated?

Will the data lost
The data will not be deleted. But you will be unable to uploading anything else until you have either deleted enough to get back under the 3GB storage offered in the free account, or have renewed your plan.

Plans are paid for a year in full when purchased and have a 30 day refund period. After that, there would be no refund availability or pro-rating.
