Plan Cancellation

    Hi. I was wondering if I wanted to have the business plan for 2 months, can I purchase the plan for the year and then cancel after 2 months and be refunded $240? I am not sure if the plan charges you the $300 for the year immediately, or if it is possible to only use the service for 2 months. Thanks.

    Hi there,

    All upgrades are charged annually. When you upgrade plan you will be paying for whole year at once.

    For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund.

    If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.
