plan cancellations

    I just purchased the Exploer plan but realise I need to up grade to Creator plan, will I get a refund so I can use that refund towards the upgrade?
    I paid for the year.

    Hi there!

    I see that you already canceled the WordPress.com Explorer plan, and a refund was issued to you. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

    You could upgrade to the WordPress.com Creator plan, and you would have been charged just the difference between the plans. However, since you already canceled, you can upgrade to the WordPress.com Creator plan by using the button below:
