  I am thinking about upgrading my plan. My questions is that – can i downgrade later or cancel?

  You can upgrade your free WordPress.com site to a paid plan and if you change your mind you can request a refund of the plan within the first 30 days (48 hours in the case of a domain). After 30 days you can downgrade or cancel but the refund window will have passed. Note that upgraded plans auto renew after approx 11 months unless you disable that option.

  Hi there,

  Just want to add that downgrades can only be done by staff, so please open a support ticket when you want to downgrade a plan. Don’t try and do it on your own – that will only result in your plan being cancelled completely and removed from your account.
