Plan change and Refund Policy

    I am wondering if 1- I can get a refund for a plan for a site that I purchased and transferred from Godaddy. 2- As a non-profit, we are usually tax exempt. Is there anyone to contact to make sure we don’t end up paying tax? 3- is it possible to upgrade or downgrade a plan without incurring charges other than the difference in prices?

    I can’t see any purchases on the account you are logged in to. What is the URL of the site you purchased the plan for?
