Plan changed without authorization

  We’ve been on the Business plan for almost a year now. At some point today, our account was set to Free, and the theme was changed. Can someone please help me resolve this?

  The business plan is a yearly upgrade and needs to be renewed each year for it to continue working. I reviewed washingtonservicecorps.org and it appears that a username other than kariwoodwsc was originally used to purchase the business plan upgrade and it was never renewed. Since the business plan expired, any administrator on the blog should be able to go to the plans page and just re-purchase at https://wordpress.com/plans/washingtonservicecorps.org

  If you believe it was renewed and my information is wrong, can you let me know which username was used to renew so I can try an additional search to see if there’s anything I missed before?

  Thank you, designsimply. We didn’t receive notification that the plan was up for renewal; can you tell me what the expiration/renewal date is? The person who originally purchased the plan is no longer here.

  Looks like the business plan was originally purchased on 2014-10-16 for washingtonservicecorps.org. Hope that helps!
