  Good Day,

  I am considering the Business Plan but need to confirm its capabilities.

  1. Subcriber/sign in function

  2.I would like to have a section of my site that has classified ads uploaded by the public and a means to pay me for the ads.

  3.Can you add the ‘alert’ function to notify subscribers of sales?

  Hi there,

  1. Subcriber/sign in function

  We do have some built in functionality for creating membership sites, but if you are trying to set up some other kind of site that requires login access and account management with the Business Plan you can upload any plugin or theme “built for WordPress”

  This would mean that you could essentially add any functionality that you need if it’s not included in the default platform. For example there are many plugins you can consider for adding membership functionality: https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=memberships

  Again for something like this I’d recommend a plugin as we don’t offer that kind of functionality by default. https://wordpress.com/plugins?s=classified

  That is typically built into the ecommerce plugin you choose. I can confirm that the WooCommerce plugin (our in-house ecommerce platform) does have several banners and badges you can use to draw attention to sale items. https://wordpress.com/plugins/woocommerce
