  I would like to upgrade from a free plan, costs are presented in Euro however I wish to be billed in £. Please confirm how this is possible?

  Currency can only be changed with the help of the staff.

  Payments for WordPress.com plans should show “WORDPRESS” followed by a unique code in the statement descriptor for the transaction.
