Plan/Domain Renewal

    Hello,

    I had a premium plan but it expired on January 3rd. I had a domain, layal.info, which still links to my WordPress page, but I am now on the free plan. When I try to renew my plan or change to the personal plan, I am met with a message that says We couldn’t load our Concierge schedule. Please try again later. I don’t understand why my site is no longer linked to my account. I cannot access anything, it just loads forever. Also, I do not know how to access domain renewal, although it seems like that was done automatically.

    I also want to mention that since my original WordPress site is no longer linked to my account, I cannot access my purchase history at all.

    If you are logged into your account (which you are as you can post in this forum), you should be able to see your purchase history for this account at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing, and you should be able to see all your current purchases at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Your site is also still linked to your account – the only way to un-link a site from your account is if you either completely delete the site, or transfer ownership of the site to someone else, and you’ve done neither of those things. I can see your site just fine in your account at https://wordpress.com/stats/day/layalsportfolio.wordpress.com

    If those pages are not loading for you, it’s an issue with your browser. Please clear the browser cache, and if that doesn’t help, see if logging in using incognito mode or using another browser does.
