Plan downgrade deleted earlier plan

    Hi, I had purchased a Premium subscription for 3 years. I later upgraded the plan to Business. However i decided to cancel the business plan.

    I assumed I will be reverted to Premium plan, however I am now shown to be on free plan!

    The payment i made as part of premium plan was lost.
