Plan Downgrade Request

  Hello, I just bought the Premium plan an hour ago but realised I only need the Personal plan for now. Is there any way I can downgrade to the Personal plan, and get the refund of the balance? I can upgrade to Premium when I need to (I dont see the need right now). Thank you.
