Plan expired but can't renew

  Hi, it looks like my plan for blog.studymode.com is expired, but It is putting me in a loop when I try to renew. How do I fix this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @jeffstudymode, the upgrade is under another account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that gets renewal notices? You’ll then be able to pay for the renewal here:
