    Hi there, I’m happy to help with support based in our different plans. For the Free Plan, you have access to our Forums, as well as email support, and we have a talented group of volunteers that respond to most forum inquiries, but it is also staffed by WordPress.com Happiness Engineers and we keep an eye on things to make sure our users are getting the correct answers in a timely manner.

    With the Personal and Premium plans, you would have access to email support as well as Live Chat support on Monday through Friday. On the weekends, you have access to email support.

    On the Business and eCommerce plans, you have 24/7 access to Live Chat and also have email support.

    If you go to https://wordpress.com/pricing/, and scroll down a bit, there is a Compare button you can click to show the various plans and the features of each. If you widen your browser window out, all of the plans will be shown with their features.

    What would help us is you could let us know a bit about what your site would be about, and what sort of features you are going to need, if you know at this time. Will you be selling any products or services?
