Plan hasn’t updated
-
My client purchased a plan on our site through their user account and it isn’t updated to the Business plan on any of our dashboards.
I have the confirmation email with all of the information and can see that the payment has gone through successfully but can’t contact support since I’m ‘don’t have a paid plan’.
Please help!

It’s obvious that purchase was made using another wordpress.com account. You must be logged in to the account that made that purchase.

They don’t have another WordPress account. I’ve seen the confirmation email and the purchase was made for the account/site I am referring to.

💡 Speaking of their domain, I see that the transfer has not yet started — they’ll need to either approve or expedite the transfer from their current registrar dashboard or the email they may have received from the registrar.
🚩 As @staartmees pointed out, you’ll see the site in your dashboard only after you (or they) log in to the account that made the purchase.
Alternatively, if you’re their site’s admin, you can see it at https://wordpress.com/sites.
