    Are you talking about the WordPress.com account plan? Did you upgrade?

    Hi there,

    I can see you upgraded to Premium on 13 March, but on 17 March we received a chargeback from your bank for the payment of your Personal Plan in February. If you issue a chargeback against us you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and it causes all upgrades to be removed from your account and your site to be locked pending payment of the chargeback fee.
